Shipping policy
Processing and shipping can take 5 to 10 business days from the day of ordering (business days are Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends and national holidays).
You will be provided a tracking number within 24 hours after processing, once your order is shipped. Custom or customised orders may require additional processing time. Please email sales@aquaconditioners.com for more information.
Once a package is shipped and you are issued a tracking number, Aqua Conditioners is not liable for any lost packages. Please upgrade your shipping preference with signature release to guarantee delivery.
Return policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Aqua Shower Premium (ASP912), Aqua Shower Mini (ASM58), Aqua Bathroom 1015 (AC9MB), Aqua Bathroom 1520 (AC12MB), Aqua Home 2035 (AC18MB), Aqua Home 3555 (AC34MB) and Aqua Home 5580 (AC56MB).
- Any claim for return or refund as part of the 30-day money-back guarantee has to be reported within 30 days of the date on the invoice.
- Returned product must reach our premises within 7 natural days of the claim date.
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 natural days after the returned unit is received and inspected.
Non-acceptable returns
There are no cancellations, returns or refunds on products not listed above. For items covered under warranty, exchanges are offered for damaged items, replacement is on the same product as ordered only, and a refund is generated only if a replacement is unavailable.
Any damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Minor colour variation and minor design variation are not returnable, as products feature professional photography and handcrafted finishing.
